About the software
zhangjijun is Windows desktop software for managing contacts, email campaigns, templates, sequences, Gmail sending and customer replies. These terms govern your use of the software and this informational website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
The application is independent of Google. Google and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC. No affiliation, endorsement or Google verification is implied. Read our Privacy Policy for data practices and the updated-release scope.
Your responsibilities
- Use only Google and other email accounts you own or are authorized to use. Keep your local login, device, encryption configuration and backups secure.
- Ensure you have the legal basis and permissions required to collect, import and use contact data in your jurisdiction and your recipients' jurisdictions.
- Review recipients, templates, variable substitutions, optional AI output, sending windows and follow-up plans before starting a campaign. You are responsible for the messages you send.
- Maintain appropriate backups and use the privacy controls when disconnecting an account or disposing of a device.
Lawful email sending
Send only lawful, relevant communications. Follow applicable privacy, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws, Google policies, and the rules of your email provider. Where required, obtain consent, identify yourself accurately and provide an effective way to opt out. Honor unsubscribe requests and objections promptly.
Do not use zhangjijun for spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized data collection or evading provider limits. Sending delays and daily limits help control workload; they do not authorize prohibited sending or make a campaign legally compliant.
No delivery or outcome guarantee
A successful Gmail API response means a message was accepted by the provider; it does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, reading, replies, leads or sales. Delivery and account access depend on Google, recipient services, reputation, network availability and provider policies.
Local schedules depend on your computer and application being available. Interruptions, time windows and provider limits may delay messages. The software prioritizes avoiding duplicate sends when a sending result is uncertain; do not manually resend uncertain messages without checking your sent history.
Software use rules
Use the software within the rights provided with your release. Do not bypass safety controls, access another user's data, misuse authorization, or interfere with the application or website. Separate third-party component licenses continue to apply to those components.
Gmail, optional AI providers and other external services have their own terms and may require their own accounts or charges. Enabling an optional service is your choice. Do not submit Gmail-sourced content to AI input fields. Review generated text for accuracy and lawfulness.
Beta availability and limitations
The current delivery program is a test/beta program. Features and availability can change, and older installers may not include current privacy controls. Do not assume an older beta.2 installer has the updated protections documented on this website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No guaranteed support response time is offered.
Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using the software at any time. Uninstalling normally removes program files but keeps local data. Use the deletion controls and manage Google authorization separately if you want to remove local Gmail records or revoke account access.
We may update these terms and show the revision date on this page. For questions, contact zjj3517164771@gmail.com.
