Data Deletion

Disconnect Gmail or remove local Google data without deleting your business workspace.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Before you begin

In the Windows application, open Settings → Privacy & Google Data (设置 → 隐私与Google数据). Sign in as the workspace owner or an administrator. Choose the Google account you want to manage; each destructive action asks for confirmation.

The website cannot access or erase your local database. Do not send it to support. Neither action below deletes or trashes email in your Google mailbox.

Disconnect Google Account

  1. Open Settings → Privacy & Google Data and locate the connected account.
  2. Select Disconnect Google Account and read the confirmation.
  3. Confirm. The application disables that account's Reply Sync, removes its local access and refresh tokens, and clears local OAuth and synchronization state.

What stays: previously synchronized replies, imported contacts, lists, templates, campaigns, sequences, sending history and your local administrator login. Disconnecting your sending account does not delete your administrator identity.

Pending Google connection attempts in the current workspace are cancelled to prevent an older callback from restoring authorization. You can deliberately connect again later. Disconnecting locally does not revoke the Google-side grant; use Google's controls below for that.

Delete Local Google Data

  1. Stop any unfinished campaigns using the selected Gmail account. Pausing alone is not sufficient. If a send is in progress or has an unresolved outcome, wait for it to finish or resolve its status before proceeding.
  2. Open Settings → Privacy & Google Data and select Delete Local Google Data for that account.
  3. Review the listed deletion scope and confirm. The application disconnects the account and deletes the corresponding Google records from the active local database.

This removes:

  • Locally synchronized Gmail reply records, including their subject, body, headers and any stored reply-derived classification content.
  • Associated Gmail message/thread/RFC identifier links and Google reply/provider event data.
  • Gmail synchronization state, local OAuth state, access tokens and refresh tokens.

This preserves:

  • User-imported contacts and lists, user-created templates, campaigns and sequences.
  • Your workspace and administrator account, other connected accounts, and the selected account's business identity (email/display name and record).
  • User-authored outgoing content, sent-history and job records needed for audit and duplicate-send protection.
  • Reply, stop and unsubscribe safety markers. Deleted reply content does not restart previously stopped follow-ups.

If a safety condition is not met, the application blocks the operation rather than partially deleting records. Stop the affected campaign or resolve the indicated send state, then try again.

Remove access in your Google account

Select Manage authorization in Google in the application, or open the official page below. Find zhangjijun and remove its access. If your earlier authorization still shows the old name, OutreachFlow, check that entry as well.

Manage Google connections

Removing access at Google is separate from deleting local data. Existing local reply copies are not erased by revoking Google's grant. Use the local deletion action as well if you want those copies removed.

Backups, cloud mail and reconnection

Local deletion removes queryable records from the active application database. It does not securely erase storage media or remove existing backups, manual exports, database recovery logs/old pages, browser or operating-system caches, or third-party backup copies.

Gmail cloud messages stay in Gmail. If you want to delete them, manage them directly in Gmail; zhangjijun does not perform that action. Restoring an old local backup may restore deleted data. Reconnecting Google and enabling synchronization may download matching cloud replies again.

Default uninstall keeps your user data. If you are retiring a computer, also review local backups and use appropriate Windows/device data-erasure procedures. Do not delete files at random while the application is running.

Need help?

If these controls are missing, you may be running an older installer. Contact zjj3517164771@gmail.com with your application version and a brief description. Do not send tokens, passwords, email bodies or your database.

For deletion of information you voluntarily emailed to support, contact the same address. Support can address its correspondence but cannot remotely delete the workspace stored on your device.
