Why Gmail permissions are requested
You authorize access on Google's own page. The website does not request your Google password or receive your OAuth tokens.

Gmail data is processed locally on the user's Windows device.
Gmail message and reply content is not sent to AI services.
OAuth credentials are stored locally in encrypted form.
Google data is not sold or used for advertising.
Google authentication and Gmail API requests still communicate with Google. Sending an email delivers its content to your chosen recipient's mail service.
